Breakfast Options

Breakfasts must be pre-ordered. Choose 4 options from below:


  • Vegetarian Bagel – GFO, Vg, VeganO - tomato relish, melted cheddar, sautéed mushrooms, Spanish onion and baby spinach
  • Bacon and Egg Bagel – GFO - bacon, fried egg, melted cheddar, tomato relish and rocket
  • Smoked Salmon Bagel – GFO - smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and baby spinach
  • Bacon and (Fried) Eggs on Toast with Hashbrown – GFO – 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, 1 piece sourdough toast and 1 hashbrown
  • Bircher Muesli – Vg, VeganO - oats soaked in apple and orange juice, served with fresh seasonal fruits, nuts, vanilla yoghurt and berry compote
  • Pancakes - GFO, VgO – choose from bacon and maple syrup or strawberry and Chantilly cream
  • Avocado Smash – GFO, Vg, VgO – avocado, feta, cherry tomatoes and parsley on top of sourdough toast

A brownie, muffin or carrot cake can be added for $6/pp

Please note we will endeavour to have your food ready at the prearranged time but, we don’t precook our food, so sometimes there are circumstances out of our control that means it might not be ready at your exact arrival time. Also, we cannot be held responsible for food (particularly hot food) if your group arrives late


If any of your guests have any particular dietary requirements/allergies then please let us know and we can accommodate them separately or tailor our options to suit them 

Lunch Options

$35 per head – 1 course

  • Share plates bought to the table of our most popular dishes – bread and olives, feta, house made hummus, chips, wedges, pumpkin salad, quinoa salad, salt and pepper calamari, barramundi gougons and BLT, vegetarian and beef sliders

 

$45 per head – 2 courses

  • 1st course – share plates of bread, olives, roast vegetables, feta, chorizo, smoked salmon, haloumi and house made hummus
  • 2nd course – Choose any 2 and we will alternate drop, if there are any vegetarians we can do vegetarian pasta (spaghetti with housemade basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, Spanish onion, spinach and feta), spanakopita (with chips and garden salad), risotto or quinoa salad. Vegetarian choice can be included in the alternate drop or separate (as long as we know exactly how many vegetarians there are). Choice of fish and chips with homemade tartare and salad or chicken parmigiana (with wedge salad and chips), a pound of chilli mussels with toasted ciabatta or  Thai prawn noodle salad (3 sauteed prawns, vermicelli noodles, coconut, ginger, lemongrass, chilli, mesculin, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts and cucumber in a spring onion and coriander vinaigrette) or seafood pilaf (prawns, calamari, fish and mussels sautéed in ginger, lemongrass, chilli, cherry tomatoes and coriander with pilau rice) or free range chicken breast with creamy sage dressing served with rice pilaf and buttered greens

 

$65 per head – 3 courses

  • 1st course – Choose any 2 and we will alternate drop. Choice of cherry tomato, basil, Spanish onion and pine nut bruschetta or prawn cocktail with iceberg lettuce and rose marie dressing or oysters Kilpatrick (4)
  • 2nd course – Choose any 2 and we will alternate drop. Again, you can include the vegetarian dish as one of the choices or have it as a 3rd option but then we would need to know exactly how many vegetarians there are. Choice of Fish of the Day – local fish served with creamy mash, seasonal greens and lemon beurre blanc or Scotch fillet cooked medium or medium rare (let us know when you book) with potato gratin, buttered vegetables and red wine jus or  pancetta wrapped free range chicken breast on parmesan and semi sundried tomato polenta with seasonal greens and creamy garlic and parsley sauce or confit pork belly with creamy mash, seasonal greens and orange infused jus or lamb cutlets with feta, seasonal greens, pea and mint puree and toasted almond slithers or oven baked eggplant parmigiana layered with feta cheese, Napoli sauce, basil and served with a rocket salad
  • 3rd course – Choose any 2 and we will alternate drop. Choice of crème brulee, lemon tart, sticky date pudding, carrot cake, mangomisu or brownie a la mode

 

We can charge $8 per head for unlimited soft drink and iced tea or $12 per head for unlimited soft drink, iced tea and our fabulous 5 Senses coffee or TeaDrop tea

Dinner Options

Our chefs can pretty much do anything.


If you give us a theme, a budget, a culinary type, the type of service you would like (ie stand up, sit down or a combination of both), along with your menu requirements (ie share courses or al la carte) I am confident we can deliver food beyond your expectations.


The costs are approximate, but we have made a few suggestions according to dishes that we have delivered in the past. If there is a particular cut of meat, a type of salad, sauce, side dish or starch that you want, please do not hesitate to ask. If we are able to source your preferred menu, we are happy to look into it and get back to you with pricing.


Here are some of the courses we can deliver at our approximate pricing:


Bread - $3/head


Can be served as individual bread rolls with butter curls or as baskets for your guests to share around (served with flavoured butters, balsamic vinegar and olive oil).


Bread can be any variety you would like (and will be mixed breads if you choose a basket style). A good idea would be an alternate drop grain baguette and white baguette, this will ensure your guests can choose what they want.


Entrée – from $6 - $25/head

*Garlic bread – ciabatta grilled with butter, garlic and fresh herbs.


$8/Head


*Feta, olives, confit garlic and toasted Turkish bread.


$10/head


*Bruschetta – for example choose from traditional cherry tomato, basil, Spanish onion, pine nut and feta

or

pumpkin, pine nut, spinach and feta. If you like we can do alternate drop or share plates to the table so people can choose which they want.


*Trio of dips and toasted Turkish bread bought share plate style to the table.


$15/Head


*Salad – for example Caprese (vine ripened mini Roma tomatoes, torn basil, bocconcini, drizzled with balsamic reduction)

or

pear, rocket, pecan and parmesan with red wine vinaigrette

or

Caesar (baby cos, garlic croutons, anchovies, bacon and house made Caesar dressing)

or

baby spinach, roast pumpkin, feta, Spanish onion and pine nut with lemon herb dressing

or

rocket, walnut, feta and roast beetroot salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

We can do alternate drop of 2 salads and that way people can switch around if they would like or we can do share plates to the table.



*Tartlets – we can do any type of tartlet from vegetarian (eg wild rice, cheddar and mushroom

or  

goats cheese, caramelised onion and sundried tomato

or

fish (eg crab, chive and goat’s cheese )

or

smoked salmon, crème fraiche and dill

or

meat (eg baby leek, ham and bacon)

or

chicken, mushroom and asparagus

Again, you could choose 2 different tartlets and we can alternate drop.


$18/Head


*Calamari or squid - cooked any style (eg grilled or fried). Can be done as florets, curls, tubes, rings etc and seasoned to your liking (eg Cajun, Moroccan, Thai, lemon pepper, salt and pepper).

The garnish would be dependent on the seasoning (eg Thai spiced on vermicelli noodle salad, Cajun BBQ florets on tatsoi with Louisiana remoulade).


*Prawns – these can be done in many ways (eg whole, hot, cold, butterfly) and seasoned however you prefer (eg black sesame, coconut, chili and garlic, peri peri, cocktail style). Or, a more modern twist of a grilled King prawn on guacamole with tomato gazpacho.

*Antipasto – cured meats, cheese, marinated olives, roast vegetables, confit garlic, dips and toasted Turkish bread.

Each guest can have their own small antipasto platter or we can do share style in the centre of the table.

*Scallops – sashimi grade and can be done in any way (eg grilled with pico de gallo, crisp Jamon Serrano and apple mayonnaise

or

grilled with garlic butter and topped with bacon.


*Morton Bay Bugs – normally cut in half and grilled, served with a small garnish and dipping sauce (eg grilled with chilli, lime and garlic, served with avocado and watercress salad and Nam Jim dipping sauce).


Mains – from $26- $80/head


Choose 2 mains and we will do alternate drop. If they are from different price brackets (eg you choose a chicken and a steak option) then we will give you an average price of the 2 (eg if you choose chicken and steak then the price would be $35.50/head).

Any of our Vegetarian Mains – eg risotto (green pea and shaved zucchini risotto topped with feta and truffle oil)

or

vegetarian en croute (chestnut, spinach and blue cheese)

or

paella (saffron, green pea, roast capsicum, corn, broccolini, asparagus, topped with charred vine ripened cherry tomatoes and wilted baby spinach)

or

timbales (mini eggplant timbales with goats cheese)

or

vegetable stack (roast zucchini, eggplant, red capsicum, tomato and haloumi stack, on a bed of rocket served with spicy Napoli sauce)

or

keep it simple with a vegetarian stir-fry, pasta or curry.


*Fish and Chips – try our famous barramundi fish and chips served with Asian slaw and homemade tartare.

*Deep-fried garfish fillets in beer batter served with chips, garden salad and a side of homemade tartare sauce


*Grilled whiting with lemon butter sauce served with rice pilaf and garden salad


*Chicken parmigiana – grilled, crumbed chicken breast, topped with Napolitana sauce and cheese, served with beer battered fries and garden salad


*Buttermilk chicken salad – crispy deep-fried chicken breast, topped with grilled eggplant crispy salad and drizzled with miso dressing


*Malaysian beef curry served with rice pilaf, Asian salad and chutney


*Vermicilli beef noodles – panfried strips of beef with Asian vegetables, vermicelli noodles and topped with crispy shallots


$34/head


*Anything pasta (eg seafood linguine – mussels, prawns, calamari and barramundi in a creamy garlic sauce)


*Curry (eg red chicken curry with jasmine rice, pappadums and coriander garnish)


*Risotto or paella (eg chorizo, chicken, mussels, barramundi and prawns in a saffron and pea paella topped with chargrilled calamari)


*Lamb shank (eg slow braised lamb shank with mash and vegetables)


*Tuna (eg seared tuna on Nicoise salad).


$36/head


*We can source most types of fish (eg barramundi, swordfish, salmon – grilled with mash potato, grilled vegetables and beurre blanc)


*Duck (eg seared duck Maryland on a bed of warm, orange scented cous cous with red cabbage and orange infused red wine jus)


*Chicken (eg pancetta wrapped free range chicken breast on parmesan and semi sundried tomato polenta with seasonal greens and creamy garlic and parsley sauce)

or

pan-fried butterfly chicken breast with creamy white wine and sage sauce, mash, grilled pumpkin and grilled broccolini

or

baked firecracker chicken with pineapple rice pilaf and Asian salad.


*Pork (eg confit pork belly with Sicilian caponata and quince aioli)


$38/head


*Choose from our steak options. Generally, we would recommend a Black Angus Scotch fillet as this is a premium steak and able to be cooked consistently. We do any cut, any side and any sauce. Add prawns, calamari, salmon, bugs, marron or lobster (for an extra fee) if you would like to treat your guests to a very special meal.


An example of our steak dishes is Scotch fillet on parsnip mash with buttered seasonal greens and creamy peppercorn sauce.


We would cook all steaks either medium to medium rare dependant on your preferences.


*Lamb option (eg lamb cutlets with feta, seasonal greens, pea and mint puree and toasted almond slithers).

If you give us a special dish that you would like I am confident that we can deliver it and exceed your expectations. If you would like lobster, surf and turf, marron, wagyu or to include items such as caviar or truffles in your entrée or main course then don’t hesitate to mention it and our chefs will come up with some suggestions and prices.


Dessert –$7 -$15/head


Everyone has a favourite dessert and our chefs are very passionate in this area so, if you do have a favourite dessert, then let us know and we can give you our version, otherwise here are some suggestions:

Carrot cake, chocolate mud cake, hummingbird cake or red velvet.

Lemon tart with cream and a fresh apple garnish, seasonal fresh fruit kebabs served with melted bitter chocolate sauce, tiramisu, trifle, hot apple crumble with vanilla ice-cream and Chantilly cream, cheesecake (eg lemon cheesecake with fresh berry compote and whipped cream, baked NY cheesecake with salted caramel sauce), sticky date pudding with hot caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream.


$10/head


A selection of cheeses share style to the table including a mixture of soft, hard and blue cheeses with celery, dried and fresh fruits, toasted nuts, quince paste and lavosh.


$12/head


Brandy snap basket filled with chocolate Chambord mousse served with mixed berries and Chantilly cream, vanilla bean crème brulee caramelised just before serving served with pistachio biscotti, fresh berries and raspberry gelato or red wine poached pear with brie and homemade sourdough.


$15/head

 

Trio of chocolate (white chocolate, raspberry and pistachio semifreddo, bittersweet chocolate tart and mini chocolate brownie) or duo of local cheeses with lavosh, muscatals and local figs grilled in honey or dark chocolate parfait with macadamia nut pralinaise or dark chocolate tart with chocolate gelato and Persian floss.

Kids Meals – from $13/head


If you have children at your function under 12 and would like children’s meals we can accommodate this also. Our most popular choices for children’s meals are usually sliders, fish and chips, chicken strips, macaroni and cheese or tomato spaghetti. We can also organise children’s desserts from $6 for icecream and topping to $9 for a chocolate brownie sundae.


Guest Hampers for Accommodation - POA


Don’t hesitate, talk with me about any suggestions, preferences or special dietary needs and we can put together and deliver hampers to your guests’ accommodation. This may be something special that you would like to enrich their stay on our beautiful Island.


Coffee Vouchers/Breakfast Options - POA


If you are staying in the Geordie Bay area and would like to offer your guests the option of breakfast or coffee the next day we can organise this for you.

If you would like us to bring breakfast to you for you to cook yourselves we can also organise this. There is a beach shelter nearby that can seat anywhere up to 100 people.
