BBQ Catering

We can lend a chef or cook for ½ to 1 hour (depending on the numbers) to cook on the BBQs or we can bring trays of precooked food (our recommendation as the BBQs are a bit ‘hit and miss’)

Please note, any BBQ areas on the Island are not licensed for alcohol consumption and are public use so you can’t reserve them (although most people tend to make themselves pretty scarce as soon as they are able when they see a group turn up). Please note for groups of less than 20 people an additional $60/hr will be charged for the chef/cook (in half hour increments).

 

Basic BBQ - $26/pp, $14 for children under 12

  • mix of baguettes and mini sliders, we can do these already buttered or leave butter for people to help themselves,
  • warm caramelised onion
  • tomato sauce, sweet chili and BBQ sauce
  • potato salad and a garden salad
  • trays of sausages, steak, burgers (1 sausage, 1 piece of steak and 1 burger per adult, no steak allocation for the children)

 

Gourmet BBQ - $32/pp, $17 for children under 12

  • mix of baguettes and mini sliders, we can do these already buttered or leave butter for people to help themselves,
  • warm caramelised onion
  • sliced cheese
  • tomato sauce, sweet chili, BBQ, aoili and mustard
  • potato salad, coleslaw and a garden salad
  • trays of sausages, steak, chicken, burgers and bacon (1 sausage, 1/2 piece of steak, 1 burger, 1/2 piece of chicken and 1 piece of bacon per adult, no steak or chicken allocation for children)
